Terms and conditions

(EVER)LY designs and runs wedding websites for couples, including invitations, RSVPs and guest communications. Each project is agreed with the couple in writing, with its scope and fee. The couple is responsible for the guest list and for only giving us the details of guests who have agreed to be contacted.

• Programme name: (EVER)LY guest messages.
• Description: transactional messages about a wedding you were invited to: invitation and RSVP links, reminders, RSVP confirmations and event updates. No marketing.
• Opt-in: you give your number to the couple and agree to receive these messages, as described on our guest text messages page.
• Frequency: up to 5 messages per event.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@terbium.ai.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our privacy policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Guest pages are personal to each guest. Please do not share your personal link. Photos and content you upload must be your own or shared with permission, and may be removed at the couple's request.

We take care to keep the service available and accurate, but we are not liable for indirect loss or for failures caused by third-party services such as mobile carriers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
